Hoonigan’s This vs. That is getting weirder by the week. This episode sees a 1,350-hp Ultra4 buggy that has been turned into a rock bouncer loose, break, and spew dirt all over creation. It is truly excellent. The buggy, dubbed “Shredded Lettuce,” gets shove from a blown 632ci Chevy big block that spins the tires through a Turbo 400 automatic.
It has military axles, 47-inch tires, beadlocks, a custom concoction of suspension goodness, and it’s Extremely Green. It lines up next to a completely overbuilt, and completely overmatched, 650-hp Bronco II pre-runner. The Bronco is no slouch, but come on.

The buggy ends up losing by giving up too much in the street race-style back-and-forth after dominating the first round. Then, thanks to a mistake by one of the Hoonigans, the race gets run back, but the buggy sheds its supercharger pulley and belt.
But we’re saving the best for last here. (See that, we kept you on the page till the bottom of the post. Almost like we did it on purpose.) The greatest bit of the video is “Shredded Lettuce” doing a little extra-curricular wheeling, then slinging rocks and dirt everywhere spinning gratuitous donuts in front of the whole crew.
